Important to Know
CEPTA stands for the Concerned Elementary Parent Teacher Association. It is a non-profit organization. All funds raised by CEPTA go to the enhancement of our childrens education.
CEPTA Mission Statement: To encourage, assist, and support the involvement of parents and schools in providing a successful and meaningful education for all students.
CEPTA Membership: If you have a child enrolled in District #165, you are considered a member of cePTA. You can become an active participant in cePTA by volunteering your time to one of our many programs and events. Please contact cePTA if you are interested in volunteering or learning more about our programs.
CEPTA Board: The CEPTA organization consists of a five-member board whose responsibilities include facilitating meetings with teachers and parents and overseeing all programs and events sponsored by CEPTA. CEPTA board positions are filled by parents and faculty. These positions are two-year elected assignments.
